Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place a service request?  Service requests are accepted and processed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.  You will always have a customer service representative available to discuss any problems, process your order, and dispatch a technician immediately in the event of an emergency.  You may submit a request by calling our office at 972-406-0303.

What is your response time?  Major problems will be responded to within two hours and minor problems within twenty-four hours.  Generally speaking, Bright Communications will immediately dispatch a technician for an emergency call and a minor service order will be dispatched the following workday.

What is an emergency?  A major emergency is immpossible to define.  Provided you do not abuse the privilege, we will discuss your problem with you and you tell us whether your situation warrants emergency handling.

What are your rates?  We currently charge $115.00 per hour with a one hour minimum, plus a fuel charge of $12.00.  After the first hour we charge $28.75 for each additonal 15 minutes. 

Can you make my changes over the phone?  While some things can be done over the phone, many cannot.  Many of the most common requests involve phone programming to be done on your phone itself or with a laptop connected to the phone system directly.
